This Privacy Policy also meets the requirements set out in the Act of 15 September 2017 on telecommunications law in relation to the use of cookies. As the owner of the coders.zone website, we are obliged to inform about the aforementioned files, which the service uses.

C. Processing of personal data within Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies stored on your computer, which enable analysis of the website use. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage for the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by Google Analytics will not be merged with other data by Google. We use this tool to analyze and regularly improve the usage of the website.

On the site, you can find links to social media platforms where information about us and our activities is posted. The data administrators within the social media platform are both us, as the owner of the social media account, and the owner of the respective social media platform.

2.3 How long is your personal data processed?

The period during which we will process personal data depends on the legal basis for their processing. We inform that:

a) in the case where we process personal data based on consent, the processing period lasts until the intended purpose is achieved or the consent is withdrawn;

b) in the case where we process personal data for the purposes of contract performance or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (order fulfillment), for the period of order execution, and after its completion for the period of claim limitation and archiving of accounting documentation (5 years), in accordance with applicable laws;

c) in the case where we process personal data based on a legitimate interest, the processing period lasts until the cessation of the aforementioned interest (e.g., the period of limitation of civil law claims) or until objection to further such processing - in situations where such an objection is legally entitled;

d) in the case where we process personal data because it is necessary due to applicable laws, the periods of data processing for this purpose are determined by these regulations.

2.4. When and how is personal data shared with third parties? Do we transfer data to third countries?

We share personal data with others only when permitted by law. In such a case, in the appropriate agreement concluded with a third party, we provide provisions and security mechanisms to protect data and maintain standards regarding data protection, confidentiality, and security.

In a situation where we transfer personal data, of which we are the administrator, to other entities to carry out specific activities on our behalf, we conclude a special agreement with such an entity. Agreements of this kind are called personal data processing agreements (Article 28 of the GDPR), thanks to which we have control over how and to what extent the entity to whom we have entrusted the processing of certain categories of personal data processes this data.

  • you question the accuracy of personal data - for a period allowing us to check the accuracy of these data;
  • processing is in violation of the law, and you oppose the deletion of personal data, requesting instead to limit their use;
  • we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but they are needed for you to establish, pursue, or defend claims;
  • you have objected under Article 21(1) of the GDPR against data processing by us until it is established whether legally justified grounds on our side are superior to your grounds for objection.

E. Right to data portability

You have the right to transfer your data and have the right to send these data through us to another administrator if:

  • processing takes place based on consent, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR; or
  • processing takes place based on a contract, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; and
  • processing takes place in an automated manner.

Exercising the right to data portability, you can request that personal data be sent by us directly to another administrator, if it is technically possible.
